Summary
Vezarus is a free VPN service: the app and our servers. No account is needed. Use it lawfully and don’t abuse a network that everyone shares. The Service is provided “as is”, and we may limit or revoke access that is used for abuse.
Agreement
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to the Vezarus app for iPhone (the “App”), the VPN servers and key service we operate (together with the App, the “Service”), and this website, all provided by AS Palmako (registry code 10301984, Näituse tn 25, 50409 Tartu, Estonia; “we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
The Service
The App connects your iPhone to VPN servers operated by us, using the AmneziaWG protocol. On first use the App receives an anonymous access key automatically. No account is created and no personal information is requested.
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we don’t guarantee any particular speed, uptime, server location, or access to any specific website or service. Servers may be added, changed or removed at any time.
Acceptable use
Our servers are shared by everyone who uses Vezarus. You agree not to use the Service to:
- break any law or regulation that applies to you, including those of the country where you use the Service;
- attack, scan, probe or disrupt networks or systems, or distribute malware;
- send spam or bulk unsolicited messages;
- infringe the intellectual property or other rights of others;
- overload the servers, resell or redistribute access, or extract and share your access key or configuration outside the App.
To protect the Service for everyone, we may apply fair-use limits and may suspend or revoke an access key used in violation of these Terms. Because we keep no activity logs, such measures rely on network-level signals such as excessive load, not on monitoring what you do.
Price
The App is free. It has no subscriptions, in-app purchases or advertising. If we ever introduce paid features, we will describe them clearly before you are asked to pay, and any purchase will be subject to the terms presented at that time.
Third-party components
The App may include open-source software licensed under its own terms. Protocol and product names, such as AmneziaWG and WireGuard®, belong to their respective owners; their mention doesn’t imply endorsement. Websites and services you reach through the VPN are operated by third parties, and we’re not responsible for their content or practices.
Privacy
We don’t ask for personal information and keep no activity logs. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or that it will meet your needs. No VPN can guarantee anonymity, protection from every threat, or access to any particular service. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or service, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or consumer rights that cannot be waived.
Changes and availability
We may update the App, change or discontinue features or servers, or stop offering the Service at any time. We may update these Terms; the date above will change, and continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the new Terms.
General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Not enforcing a provision isn’t a waiver of it. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
